new subscription list
Due to recent changes in my host, I have had some good and bad things happen to my settings. The bad was that I lost all my lists - so if you received emails on a regular basis from the Lazy T&R then you may not be on the new list that I have tried to generate (ie if you didn't get this in an email then you aren't signed up!) the good news tho is if you go here you are now able to change your own subscriptions without my interference. So in conclusion if you can think of someone who might be interested in signing up then let them know and they can do so all by themselves
